Shipping policy

At Onthego, we're all about making your shopping experience as stress-free and delightful as possible! That's why we work hard to get your order to you as soon as we can. After you place your order, sit back and relax for a bit - it'll take us about to gather your items, wrap them with love, and send them on their way.

When your order is on the move, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number so you can watch your Onthego make its way to you. We use Wiio Logistics to make sure your items arrive in your hands safely and quickly and to give you peace of mind, we send all orders with a required signature.

We want to make sure you're as excited about your Onthego as we are, so we'll give you a heads-up on when to expect it. You can expect your Onthego to arrive in 14-20 business days (Only in USA) after dispatch. If your order includes a pre-order item, all items will be sent together once the pre-order item is ready. If not, you're in luck - your Onthego is ready to go!<br><br>Please note, if you opt for 'Authority To Leave' delivery, we can't be held responsible for any missing or stolen packages.
